The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom manufacturing is 1000 pieces. For large components such as aluminum profiles, bearings or molds, this quantity may be lower. The specific MOQ always depends on the component type and manufacturing technology.
The entire custom manufacturing process typically takes 10-12 weeks. Sampling takes 2-3 weeks, followed by production in China 2-4 weeks. Shipping by sea takes 30-45 days, by train 25-35 days or by air 3-10 days. Production time may vary depending on product complexity.
